Genotyping of bovine leukemia virus isolates isolated in Laishevsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan

This study reports about the genotyping of the bovine leukemia virus circulating in the territory of the Laishevsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan by PCR- RFLP analysis. 20 samples of cow blood were examined. The results showed that 14 isolates of the BLV proviral DNA belong to the 4th genotype, and 6 isolates belong to the 7th genotype of the pathogen.
