Modern oil and gas producing complex is the huge living organism which functions and develops according to its specified laws. There is a great number of people as well as the objects of engineering, transport, social infrastructure, necessary for life support which creates considerable additional loading on built-up territory. Some technogenic impacts such as development of subsoils, loading from engineering structures on land surface and others load to local deformations of land surface on over tens of thousands square kilometers affecting on engineering structures sustainability. Systematic observations of buildings and structures subsidences and technological equipment are the main methods to study subsidences and these have a great scientific and practical importance. Research objects are buildings and structures and gas bushes of Zopolyarny oil and gas condensate deposits.
