The authors explore the criminological features of causing death by negligence in relation to young children. The authors have established typical situations of causing death to minors and the most frequent criminogenic factors contributing to the commission of this crime, largely due to the geographical factor. Recommendations for the prevention and prevention of crimes under Art. 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation committed against minors.
