GIS support for territorial management of property relations as the way for highly effective mobilization of incomes to municipal budgets

The authors of the article proposed the new approaches for highly effective mobilization of incomes to municipal budgets from land taxes, rented land and selling of lands using geoinfomation systems. The samples of municipal programs for mobilization of incomes as well as main principles of such programs have been described. Authors estimated the set of synergetic effects for subjects which are involved to such programs.
