Geo-ecological evaluation of anthropogenic impact in the north-western Caspian Sea region

The author presents a brief geo-ecological evaluation of the anthropogenic impact on the territory of the north-western Caspian Sea region. Basic factors of anthropogenic transformation and ways of economic management of the territory are described. The conclusion contains recommendations on preservation of landscape diversity on the basis of natural-ecological frame creation.
