The greening of agricultural production is aimed at ensuring reproduction of soil fertility, creation of conditions for the conservation of land, and production of ecological products. Creating environmentally sustainable agricultural land, establishing optimal environmentally and economically efficient management of land and crop rotation helps to improve the quality of the land, soil fertility, stabilizing of the environment. Organization of rational land use territories for agricultural purposes is an area of the study. Objects of researh-agrolandšafty Zeiskо-Bureinsk of plain of the Amur region High degree of agricultural development of South-Western territory of Amur region, stimulating sustainable economic growth of the region and serves as the Foundation for the comprehensive analysis of the current status of the resource potential of the territory. Land use system of the Amur region to conduct a wide range of organizational-economic, agronomic and other conservation activities, important systematization and analysis of the dynamics of climatic, economic and other conditions of the territory. Land-use planning based on agro-ecological grouping of land, conducting land redistribution jobs and establishing new land contours, improves the profitability and effectiveness of intensive utilization of land resources in the region. Ecological approach to agricultural production leading agricultural regions of Amur region is the basis for efficient land use planning and protection, justification for placing crops more suitable for growing lands. Based on the environmental assessment of current status of territories Zeiskо-Bureinsk plain of the Amur region prepared recommendations for improving the efficiency of land use in the conditions of intensive agricultural production.
