Geopolitical Transformation and Staffing the National Economy

The article discusses changes in economic relations in the context of the increasingly complex geopolitical situation and social transformations and considers the directions of enhancing the interaction between the education system and the national economy, the role of youth professional orientation and the formation of a creative component in both the educational process and the production team. The author discusses the process of dividing the economically active population into levels by basic categories, and changes in the formation of managerial personnel and presents the results of employers' assessment of the quality of graduate training in St. Petersburg higher and secondary vocational educational institutions.
