Geopolitics of Russia in the issues of national, public and law enforcement security of humans, society and the state in the light of political and geopolitical trends in the international development of statehood in the XXI century

This article examines the basic provisions and fundamental aspects of the NationalSecurity Strategy of the Russian Federation. It examines the legal policy of the state and itscomponents: criminal policy, criminal procedure policy. It identifies the geopolitical and politicalambitions of Russia’s opponents. The authors presents a modern model of the management system. A comprehensive analysis of the definition of “security” is conducted and the author’s definitionis proposed. International and Russian legislation is considered. A scientific initiative to amendand supplement the provisions of the National Security Strategy is presented.
