For a long time Schizandra chinensis Baill. is applied in a medical practice as vegetative adaptogen. Dur-ing research studying antioxidant activity of preparations and substances of Schizandra chinensis Baill. fruits is lead, and also shown their influences on enzymatic parts of liver antioxidant protection.
