Hepatoprotective qualities of new pyramidine dypepiridinodioxipropylmethyluracil derivative at nitrates intoxication of animals

The authors estimated the effectiveness of the use of dypepiridinodioxipropylmethyluracil (DPPOMU) during acute nitrate intoxication in white rats. The functional activity and morphological changes in rat's liver cells under the influence of sodium nitrate and after application of DPPOMU were determined. It was shown, that DPPOMU reduces the negative nitrates effect owing to the compensation of hypoxia consequences.
