В обзоре литературы анализируются опубликованные данные о геропротективных возможностях питания. Питание является одним из фундаментальных факторов, определяющих долголетие и качество жизни. В настоящее время активно изучается микробиота кишечника и ее изменения у пожилых лиц и долгожителей. Выбор продуктов питания, калорийность пищи имеют прямое отношение к формированию микробиоты.
