The comparative analysis of several aspects of a human's motivation is presented. It is stated that the human's behaviour mechanism is determined by heterodynamic model of motivation. Such motivation unlike homeostatical or heterostatical is instrumental in shaping personality's development as an integral and open biosocial system.
