Flexible employment: a forced measure or a future trend

The economic crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic have sharply identified the problem of maintaining the level of employment and incomes of Russians both at the macro level and at the level of individual enterprises. The article examines the prerequisites for the emergence of flexible forms of employment, trends in their development. The key conditions for the formation of a new model of employment in the labor market are investigated. The analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of flexible forms of employment for participants in the labor process - workers and employers.
