Hybrid interventions in surgical treatment of atrial septal defect with pulmonary artery stenosis

The study focuses on the results of two-stage surgical correction of Fallot's tetralogy in 23 patients by using low-invasive procedures. In the first stage of surgery diagnostic catheterization of cardial cavities and right ventriculography was followed by balloon valvuloplasty of pulmonary artery stenosis. In the second stage that took place 3-12 months later all patients underwent final correction under extracorporeal circulation in the conditions of more favorable clinical hemodynamics. There were no complications and lethal cases.
