In article questions of occupational health of workers in the baking industry in Saratov are reflected. By researches it is established that working conditions at the enterprises often don't conform to hygienic requirements in connection with use in technological process morally and physically outdated means of production. Significant harmful factors are the heating microclimate, noise with excess of admissible levels and flour dust in air of a working zone. Nature of work of workers of the majority of professions is defined as heavy and intense. Working conditions of workers in production in bakeries are harmful and dangerous up to 1-3 degrees.
