Актуальность: В настоящее время вальгусная деформация первого пальца является одной из наиболее часто встречаемых патологий в ортопедии стопы. В отечественных и зарубежных источниках, посвященных изучению данного вопроса часто фигурирует понятие «гипермобильность первого луча». Несмотря на то, что взаимосвязь между «гипермобильностью первого луча» и наличием варусной деформации первого пальца стопы была установлена достаточно давно (что привело к созданию операций, включающих артродезирование первого предплюснеплюсневого сустава), до сих пор отсутствует единый тест оценки движений в первом плюснефаланговом суставе (1ППС), а также не определены нормы объема движений. Окончательно не установлено является ли увеличение объема движений в первом предплюсне-плюсневом суставе причиной данного заболевания или закономерным следствием данной патологии. Целью данного обзора было изучить и структурировать информацию о проблеме гипермобильности первого луча на основе данных из литературных источников.
