The study analyzes the results of physical experiment disproving the Second Law of Thermodynamics and proposes an original theoretical substantiation of the paradox based on the hypothesis about the dual organizational nature. It brings the huge potential of synergetic activation of isolated systems including social and economic ones. The findings are of particular interest in the current situation identified by the transition of competitive struggle to the harder stage at both corporate and geopolitical levels. New competition methods including various ways of comprehensive competitive influence such as aggressive economic pressure, raw material embargo, financial restrictions and other measures which all together can lead to the total economic isolation become the rule. Utilization of hidden synergetic potential by new unique orders generation without bringing any external resources that was discovered in the described experiment could become an extremely demanded direction of the modern theory of organization being the key in finding ways to create new methods for building up the advanced development economics in the context of hostility and risk of economic isolation.
