Also, verbal and non-verbal components of a non-false utterance realised when asking for information have been established in it.

The influence of the Yakut reality on the poetics of V. Korolenko's works

The paper deals with certain of the literary peculiarities of V.G. Korolenko's works from the standpoint of the influence, which the Yakut reality exerted on the evolution of the writer's poetics. It contains the views of changes in his motifs, circle of images, and certain stylistic peculiarities. The exile had a strong impact upon the transformation of individual literary methods in his works written later in Nizhniy Novgorod and the Ukraine.

The phonetic framework of the Yakut riddles

The article deals with the Yakut riddles containing a phonetic code, which ciphers the name or prominent features of the denotator. The author draws a conclusion that the folklore texts organically combine the semantic and sound allusions to the answer. The most frequent phonetic means for paroemias are alliteration, anagrammatic repetition and imitative words.
