Histochemical determination of the content and osteopontin and aggrekan in cartilage helix in the assessment of age

The paper presents the data on indicators of the average fluorescence intensity of osteopontin and aggrekan. It represents an increase of the studied proteoglycan in cartilage helix. Changes in these indicators directly related to the increase in fluorescence intensity and is correlated with age. Fragments of cartilage ear are informative subjects for the study of age-morphohistochemical changes in articular cartilage helix and can be used to determine a person's age when personal identity.
