Transparency of local self-government

This article considers the principle of publicity as the most important principle in the implementation of local self-government, its importance and significance. The principle of transparency is a component of the principle of democracy. The first is still in turn included in the number of sectoral principles that characterize the belonging of each industry, though, it is more typical for such a branch of law as municipal law, that is, the science of local self-government. The right of citizens to be able to get timely and full information about the implementation of local self-government is constitutionally enshrined.
