The article examines the processes of changes in the company and the specifics of the driving forces of reform. It is shown that the credibility of reforms, professionalism, ability to keep the word and other elements of the corporate culture of the company are the key to successful changes. At the same time, in market conditions, the staff should be set for continuous development together with the company, understand its importance in this process and assess its contribution.
