Globalization and it's impact on human resource management

In the modern business environment human resource management is experiencing many changes and transformations due to processes of globalization. Now it is more important to attract and to use all existing human resource of the company than the financial one, which can be increased by using new investors, or new technologies that you can copy from successful companies. It is necessary to create and describe the methodological recommendations that could be effective for HRM (Human Resource Management) in Russian companies, could meet modern trend of world economy globalization and could help them to enter the global market.
