Globalization and development of economic areas of the North (general approach)

This article offers an attempt to determine a general approach to the analysis of processes taking place in the economy of the North under globalization process. The undergoing changes are believed to affect the basic foundations of the transition economy. A greater role of comparative costs, which makes the North quite competitive in regard to other areas is covered.
