The article deals with qualitative changes in the modern Russian cultural policy, substantiating its appropriate measures and decisions, which may become the significant prerequisite for the sustainable development of the Russian society. The author considers the globalization as a system process of ideas revealing the dynamics trajectory of the culture under the new conditions.
