Globalization as a literary phenomenon

The article considers the problems of globalization from the point of view of the dichotomy of humanism and dehumanization in art, science and literature, in particular. Postmodernism has become the dominant spiritual and aesthetic ideology today, in which the cult of form obscures content. Globalism is essentially becoming a form of cultural degradation, embracing the depths of the unconscious. The authors insist on the need to continue the traditions of the world literary classics where conscious humanism, reason, person-centeredness have played an essential role.
