Globalization of education and human capital development

This paperwork discusses issues of globalization of education in regions, the role and importance of education in the development of human capital, changing of the methodology for education and assessment of human capital in higher education in Uzbekistan. As for the human capital a main factor of economic growth, conditions and circumstances for human capital development.
