Globalization is problems and contradictions of world development

In work is considered the actual problem of the present - globalization and a contradiction of world development. The globalization which radically changed the world at a boundary of the 20-21st centuries marks transition of world system to a condition of the interconnected development meaning formation of the integrated world system, the binding country of the world the diverse relations unified by approaches to the solution of economic problems, uniform standards, regulatory base and so forth. Processes of internationalization influence all spheres of life of society - economic, political, legal, social, cultural and so forth. Global changes are caused and follow first of all from the economic component acting as a basic basis of development. They assume formation of regulatory base, the administrative mechanisms allowing to develop to the arising relations, giving a scope to their development. The major binding factor - the unified legal system defining the main approaches and requirements to “systems of interaction” conceptually focused on equal positions of participants of integration associations (unions). Respectively the initial attracting accent - on the international labor division, priorities of the countries, equal opportunities of participants of the unions, but not considering distinctions of their initial positions defining a situation of an inequality and failure of many countries in the conditions of integration development. As a result - strengthening of discrepancy, differentiation, an inequality of the countries with participation in the unions. At awareness of hopelessness of efforts - pilgrimage of the most active, not seeing prospects in the countries of people, to Europe with hope for wellbeing. Causing chaos, turmoil, an ambiguity of orientation of country and world development. Today deep crisis of the created system of the coherence which is not equitable to interests of both the global world, and national economies is obvious. The new model of the Universe, coherence of the countries in world system is necessary. At the same time new approaches, the thought-over scientific concepts of integration and “country” development focused on progress, positive development of the countries, effective use of technical and human potential, public welfare, the new world order focused not only on the general methodology, but also specific questions of integration development are demanded. It is the most important scientific and practical problem of the XXI century.
