Global international legal acts governing social dialogue in the sphere of labor

The article discusses the concept of “social dialogue”, the features of global international legal acts governing social dialogue in the field. Examples of charters, declarations, conventions and recommendations of the International Labor Organization, resolutions of the International Labor Conference, interpretations of the control bodies of the International Labor Organization related to the regulation of social dialogue in the field of labor were given; reflects the provisions of these acts regarding social dialogue.
