Global threats: regional practices of opposition

Practices, emerging on the regional level as response to the globalisation of the terrorism threat, are analysed in the article. New social institutes, professional groups, public organisation of initiative groups of inhabitants self-defence, prophylactic measures for minimisation of terrorist acts are in the focus of attention.
