Global nature of the informatization process

The article deals with the informatization process and introduction of new information technologies in all spheres of public life. The process of informatization is insufficiently studied by social sciences and requires the further specific research. We have studied the problem of improving education quality on the basis of the latest information technologies. Introduction of information technologies is a powerful tool for improving the quality of future specialists’ training. Due to the obvious fact that social systems (groups of people, certain individuals, educational, administrative and other structures) are highly unique the process of informatization has the complexity and contradictory nature. The introduction of information technologies in each of these systems has the specific features and necessitates the development of corresponding technologies.
