The article reviews lobbying regulation across the world with the focus on the most recent reforms in Austria (2013), France (2017), Brasil (2018). It gives a brief analysis of lobbyism as an information exchange between government and interest groups. Based on this global review, the article proposes a model of legal regulation of lobbying in Russia.
