One of the technological methods of modern HTZ from corrosion of the CWC of atmospheric columns of primary oil refining plants is the deep dehydration and desalting of oil at EDSP and its alkalization. At the same time, hydrolysis (with HC1 formation) of inorganic chlorides residual after desalting at EDSP is suppressed, as well as destruction of chlorine organic compounds (HOS) to HC1. The paper presents laboratory studies on the alkalization of desalted oil alkalization technology to ensure the possibility of oil treatment with aqueous solutions of alkalizing reagents under conditions as close as possible to industrial ones.
