The epistemological foundations of the legal regulation

The epistemological aspect is extremely significant in the framework of the legal regulation research, in the framework of which it is possible to interpret the term of “legal regulation” as a general theoretical category based on the dogmatic approach. General theoretical understanding of the legal regulation forms a theoretical and methodological basis for further research of the legal impact, consideration of which equally includes all the varieties of this concept.
