In article presents the work system of educational establishment is considered which is based on principles of democracy and гуманизма, general availability, free development of the person. The authors consider, that behind similar institutions realizing the community-state concept of management and development of sphere of education, nearest future, as they unite best, that is in state system of education and private(individual) educational structures, and also act by receivers of historical Russian tradition.
