The residual schizophrenia is concerning steady defective condition which clinical displays reach from hardly appreciable characterological shifts up to conditions close to deep dementia. In clinical practice it is necessary to differentiate from remission of schizophrenia because rehabilitation approaches to patients with these disorders are various. Modern psychopharmacotherapy allows to improve essentially a condition of patients with residual schizophrenia that is shown by the example of application of preparation seroquel.
