Gonarthrosis (the problems of pathogenesis and classification)

The conception of gonarthrosis pathogenesis based both on the vascular factor and on the biomechanical one is stated in terms of the analysis of experimental, pathomorphological data combined with our own clinical, angioscintigraphic and laboratory investigations. The classification is proposed where the three types (А, В, С) of structural changes in gonarthrosis are considered in which a dominant clinical sign is correlated with an anatomical one by x-rays.
