The throwing pottery of population from Western Amur river region during the early iron age - early middle age: production technique, morphology, functions

This paper presents an analysis of the development of pottery in the early Iron Age (Urilskaya, Talakanskaya cultural) -Early Middle Ages (Mikhailovo, Naifeldskaya culture, Mokhe group of Troizkaya culture) for population of the West Amur Region. The recipes of making molding compounds, methods of producing, morphological classification, level ofstructural compartmentalization of products, function of clay vessels was given. The conclusion was drawn about maintaining the traditions and diversity of assortment, the variability of the linear dimensions.
