The author of the article developed and proposed a horizontally integrated businessmodel of innovative development of the large telecommunication sector companiesin the current digitalization of the economy. The results of the complex analysis carried out by the author show, on the example of Kazakhtelecom JSC, that the change in the business model, namely the transition from a vertically integrated company to the construction of a horizontally integrated one, helps the company to resolve internal conflicts and contradictions, it creates more opportunities for the further development of infrastructure, it allows you to concentrate on the customer, increase sales, implement long-term strategic plans.
