The article presents data on the effectiveness of Femoston, a drug containing 17β-estradiol and dydrogesterone, in preparing the endometrium for embryo transfer in in vitro fertilization (IVF) programs. Hormonal preparation of the uterine mucosa is a critically important stage, especially in the conditions of IVF cryoprotocols. Femoston, a combination drug based on 17β-estradiol and dydrogesterone, is often used in such cases. The main objective of the study was to examine the clinical results of Femoston use in cryocycles and donor protocols. The work was carried out at the Osh Regional Center for Human Reproduction (Kyrgyzstan) and focused on the development of practical data related to hormonal preparation of the endometrium.
