City and university: aesthetic education as a necessary element of the humanitarian discipline cycle in the university

The article is devoted to subjects outlined by the frame «power - city ecology - aesthetic taste - aesthetic education». The main problems are connected with the aesthetic organization of the urban environment and with those social processes and structures, the prerequisite and condition of which is higher education and its humanitarian cycle.
