Cities of labor properties and their young heroes

The article deals with the problem of using the labor of infant during the Great Patriotic War at the factories of the Chelyabinsk region. The idea is substantiated that the patriotic education of the younger generation of Russian citizens is impossible without reference to historical experience, to specific examples from the past, which must be followed. Special attention is paid to the characteristics of the process of vocational training of young workers. The article analyzes the relationship between the material and everyday life of adolescents and their motivation to work. In conclusion, based on the study of memories, the main reasons for the labor activity of adolescents were established - these are, first of all, such as helping the valiant soldiers of the Red Army, a sense of duty to the people who remained in besieged Leningrad, to accelerate the defeat of the enemy.
