State corporation “Rostec” as an actor in the modern political processes

The author provides a study of the state corporation “Rostec” as an actor in modern political processes. This determines the elements of the novelty, since it involves considering an economic entity from the standpoint of the political content of its development and the resources of its leaders in influencing the adoption of important political decisions. The relevance of considering this issue lies in the importance of understanding the real institutions and persons that determine the modern policy of the Russian Federation. In the course of the study, the political functioning of Rostec was defined, including its political and economic dynamics, as well as identifying the connections of Rostec's personalities with the political and business elite of Russia. As a result, it was concluded that the functioning of the state corporation Rostec as one of the dominant actors in modern political processes in the Russian Federation is based on the dynamics of its sectoral, financial, resource development, as well as on the connection of the Rostec leaders with the political elite of Russia, including the head of state. The experience of Rostec development is defined as effective for all state corporations in Russia.
