The problems of realizing the property rights of equity holders are considered in the case of protracted construction terms, a special procedure established by law with the disposal of an unfinished house. The algorithm of the surveyor company’s work is being investigated for the rehabilitation of the object of unfinished construction, including the registration of rights to the land plot, the technical inspection of the building structures, the analysis of the relationships of developers, investors and investors. The author believes that the attraction of additional investments is possible only after a comprehensive analysis of the actually used amounts and amounts needed to complete the construction and commissioning of the residential building.
