States of modern world: gender status (on the example of the submission of global ratings in mass communication)

The gender status of modern states is analyzed on the basis of the analysis of the presentation of global ratings (IPU, GGG, GII) in mass communication. The probability of a biased assessment of the state’s gender status in the mass media is revealed, provided that the information submitted does not take into account the influence of the social and political context on the formal rating figures.
