State drug policy: definition, stages, priorities

The topicality of this article is caused by extreme importance of one of the main legal categories of anti-drug legislation "drug policy" for effective legal regulation of social relations in this sphere. The author analyzes the normative and doctrinal approaches in relation to the concept of "drug policy", its stages and priorities, formulates his own conception of the phenomenon under study.
