State civil service of Zakaykalsky krai: condition and development prospects

The article presents the results of a study of the state and prospects of development of the civil service of the Zabaykalsky krai. The relevance of this topic is due to the special importance of the institute of state civil service in the region for its effective socio-economic development. Reforming the regional civil service system involves the rejuvenation of its personnel, the professionalization of officials, the introduction of innovative methods of personnel reserve formation and monitoring of the corruption situation in government. The author believes that it is necessary to develop and introduce a corporate culture in the government of the region, since there is a very low level of employee motivation to work effectively aimed at achieving the goals of the state and society.
