State cadastral assessment of 2018

The author analyzes the results of the state cadastral assessment, for the first time carried out by the appropriate state budgetary institutions. Lists the decisions taken in 2018 to conduct state cadastral assessment in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Examines problematic issues related to the imperfection of the legislation and methodological flaws in the field of state cadastral assessment. It concludes that in the absence of experience in carrying out such work, accurate data on real estate objects and in the absence of the subjects as a whole for such large-scale work, the implementation of the state cadastral assessment is unacceptable.
