State cultural policy in the context of reinforcement of national security in modern Russia (from essential implications to priority courses)

The article describes the essential implications of the state cultural policy in the context of the methodological construct developed by the author. The state cultural policy is considered as one of the technological platform to ensure the national safety in the modern Russia. Priority courses of the state cultural policy shown in the article are aimed to ensure the quality of interaction between state and society in the context of protecting civilization personality of state, strengthening the united cultural space of the Russia’s nations, forming the nationwide civil identification and promoting the positive image of Russia in the global informational space.
