State youth policy as one of the factors of increasing political stability in the Russian Federation

The article discusses the issue of the state youth policy and concludes that in previous years the work in this direction was ineffective. A new systematic approach, that focuses on improving personnel and information support, is proposed. The necessity of creating a new concept - the program capable of productively solving social issues - is determined. It is assumed that teachers and university students, among others, should take an active part in the creation of such a program. Due to the difficult political situation, it is necessa ry to use new methods of interaction with young people aimed at raising awareness of the aggression of the US government, which deliberately distorts the history of Russia and its achievements by means of misinformation and fakes, imposes the ideology of consumer society. For this purpose it is necessary to use the potential of universities, scientific conferences, coworking and “meeting points”, which will contribute to effective work in this direction. Attention is drawn to the need of forming an active life stance among students and support of youth public organizations. The reasons hindering the process of patriotic education and prospects for the revival of political culture are analyzed.
