State youth policy of the Republic of Buryatia (1991-2012) in the national historiography

The article considers the history of formation of the state youth policy in the works of the scientists of the XXI cent. The process of formation of the theoretical foundations of the study of models of interaction between state and youth has been revealed at the broader historiography analysis. The works published in the last decade are of the special interest, first of all it is concerned with the development of new methodological approaches. The great attention is paid to highlighting of the issues of the regional researches. In these works the most sufficient results are presented, they characterize the changes that happened in those years in the youth’s self-determination because of the changes in economic, social, demographic situation in our country.The analysis of the published reports of the State Committees and Agencies for Youth Policy of the Russian Federation and its subjects has been made.
